Functional Requirement


Purpose/WHY:

SL100 crystal report excluding the given list of sales orders that were on hold.

In Scope:

SL100 EMEA report.

Out of Scope:

Other regional SL100 reports.

Solution Summary


1) Need to create new BEx query Z_SSL03_TEMP similar to the EMEA version of SL100.
2) Need to create the crystal report & point it to the new BEx Query.
3) Need to develop new filter condition in crystal report to exclude the list of sales orders as attached above.
4) Transport is not required as the BEx query is copied from existing query.

Solution Details


1) Need to create new BEx query Z_SSL03_TEMP similar to the EMEA version of SL100 & add new field Sales Document number.
2) Add Sales Document number field (0DOC_NUM) to free characteristics pane inorder to exclude the list of sales orders as attached above and point to the crystal report.
3) Need to update the query connection.
4) Need to establish the link between BEx Query field and Excel field.
5) Need to develop new filter condition in order to exclude given sales orders as attached.

Issues



Format of the Sales document number in Excel sheet and the BEx query should be same to exclude the orders.
